Sydney brings a strong foundation in construction management, financial oversight, and development operations to Apex Concrete. With a background in large-scale project management and owner’s representation, she has led complex construction initiatives across the country and understands projects from both the field and ownership perspective.

She holds a Tennessee General Contractor License and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Apex.

At Apex Concrete, Sydney leads financial management, contracts, and business operations — ensuring projects are executed efficiently, responsibly, and with long-term client relationships in mind.

Gage brings extensive hands-on experience in concrete construction and field operations, with a strong background in structural work, foundations, and flatwork execution. His expertise is rooted in years of on-site leadership, where he has developed a reputation for precision, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.

Prior to co-founding Apex Concrete, Gage worked in the Nashville market performing commercial concrete work, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of project types. His deep understanding of field operations allows him to effectively manage crews, schedules, and execution in fast-paced construction environments.

At Apex, Gage leads all field operations — overseeing project execution, quality control, and coordination with general contractors to ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
